Turnkey solution
For clients seeking a streamlined process, I can introduce one of my trusted partner companies who provide a full turnkey service. They handle everything - from planning permission, building warrants, and engineering, through to construction and even full interior fit-out, including kitchen supply if desired. This route offers a single point of contact, upfront pricing, warranty backed work, and a fast turnaround. Because of my established partnerships, the value of my design fee is credited back within their tender, ensuring you don’t pay twice for design.
Conventional procurement.
Alternatively, you may prefer a more traditional path. In this case, my design forms the foundation, and you appoint professionals to manage planning and building approvals, engage with engineers, then source general contractors or Co-ordinate individual trades. Some clients choose to manage this process entirely themselves, while others rely on me for recommendations and introductions to suitable professionals.
